Justin O’Neill is a seasoned business executive with over 15 years of experience leading growth for companies in the technology, government contracting, and healthcare sectors. He brings a hands-on, strategy-driven approach to building and scaling service businesses.

As a former Vice President of International Sales for a publicly held technology company, Justin led global business development efforts in complex, highly regulated markets. He was directly responsible for originating and managing more than $100 million in international contracts, working across defense, telecom, and government procurement environments.

Today, Justin advises companies on market expansion, organizational strategy, and long-term value creation. He also serves on the board of MacArthur Group, a behavioral healthcare provider serving veterans across Southern California, where he supports M&A strategy and operational integration.

Now based in Orlando, Justin is focused on acquiring and growing a home services business in Central Florida — a region he has called home for over 25 years. With his first child on the way, he’s transitioning from a travel-heavy global career to build something long-term and community-rooted. He brings operational discipline, financial backing, and a relationship-first leadership style to every business he supports.
